Please use this form to report any GISN related activities you have completed over the past year (January-December). You may fill the form out as many times as you would like.

Responses will not be made public without expressed consent.

Updated January 2021:
Responses are used as a way to track trends in activities and to hear directly from members about their activities and experiences with the network.

Filling out this form is no longer mandatory. To maintain an "active" status in the network, members will have had to log on to globe.gov in the past two years or attend a training in the past two years. However, it is STRONGLY encouraged that members complete at least on GISN-related activity a year in order stay engaged with the GLOBE community and the GISN.
